I observe, I listen, I respect how you want your day to feel and give your wedding room to unfold so that I can return to you the energy of the events I witness.

It is important to me that it isn’t just the two of you that feel comfortable with my presence, but that all your friends and family do too. To capture the most intimate, authentic, fun and meaningful connections involves everyone at your wedding feeling comfortable.

I dedicate all my energy and very best of my creative self to each and every wedding that I photograph, working thoughtfully to bring back to you an immersive gallery of images that capture how you felt on your wedding day.

As a result I photograph a limited number of weddings a year.

“Candid rather than Curated”

Amy captured our day perfectly. We chose Amy because of her focus on candid rather than curated as we wanted our wedding shots to be on the more natural end of the spectrum. Amy managed to capture the most poignant of moments and therefore had a way of being there, but also not at the same time. Amy was a really special presence - multiple people from the wedding commented on her unprompted about how great she was! Her photography is "documentary" so she captures loads of super cool unseen moments, and we just loved the photos so much. It felt like a big investment, but one that we totally feel was worth it.

Finding a good photographer was a priority for us in the wedding planning process, not least of all because we were both nervous that having to pose for photos would make us uncomfortable on the day.

I came across Amy's website while searching for photographers and immediately fell in love with her documentary style photos. We had a lovely conversation on video which made me feel confident she understood exactly what we wanted.

Amy was fantastic leading up to, and on the day. She made us feel at ease while making sure we got a wide variety of shots in different locations. Our guests even commented on how lovely and friendly Amy was!

We felt endless joy, we felt everyone around us exuding love, we felt the dancefloor coming alive, and somehow those feelings have translated into your photos. To see the way you've captured us, but also our friends and family in a way that directly reflects how we felt on the day is other-worldly.
